I went in December 18, 2020 for XL peppermint mocha coffee, the lady gave me my total for $3 plus and I inserted my card for payment right after I did that the lady making the coffee said we have no peppermint mocha. I quickly removed my card and ask if the transaction go through, they assured me that it didn’t. Right after I left and got to work a transaction for $7plus dollars came out my account. I been calling and then I went back and they took my information saying they have to reach out to corporate to retrieve the transaction and will contact me after doing so. By the way she didn’t have a pleasant attitude. Today is 01/01/2021 and still nothing. Please be careful going and using debit/ credit card with them. They will get you..

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
