They act like you are asking them to go above and beyond by taking a simple order and getting it correct. They are constantly out of things. Do yourself a favor and go to another Dunkin because this one is absolute trash and should be closed permanently. I never leave reviews because I understand everyone has bad days, but this place is so above and beyond the worst constantly that they deserve to be shut down and unemployed.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
