- MAMO AOct 3, 20251.0I drove all the way to the store, then to be told that they only accept cash. After preparing the cash, I was only short a few cents, and I asked if they could still honor the order. The staff refused and insisted they could not accept debit, credit, or any other payment method besides cash. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. The treatment I received was terrible, and the customer service was extremely poor. Refusing to serve over just a few cents and not providing alternative payment methods reflects very badly on your brand. I hope you take action regarding this location, as this kind of service will discourage loyal customers like me from ever coming back.

When I arrived i was told they dont have the bagel I wanted. I said no problem and chose what they had. I waited a while for my order and as soon as I got it i drove off quickly and when I seen my order I was so upset. I tasted nothing but bread. There was BARELY any cream cheese on there. If I had the time I would of went back but I didn't. Dunkin donuts/br you owe me.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
