- KBKelly “SORA NOCTIS” BerniceDec 28, 20251.0Went through a lot of trouble ordering this image cake and made sure it was the right resolution we went through 100 pictures to make sure came all the way from Michigan to spend my birthday with family order a full sheet with a security breach symbol and next day at pick up they tell me the baker went on vacation that I had no cake and this is the second time the first time no image this time no cake it seems like all these baskin ribbons need a complete overhaul with different workers because at every Chicago BR it’s the same kind of reviews you guys are terrible and ruin everything and every occasion I am extremely upset this is the only thing I wanted and I bought it myself I think it’s excuses I don’t see how an only baker goes on vacation or how there’s no back up bakers I hope no one goes here you don’t deserve business you just ruin special occasions.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
