I ordered a shake. It came out as pretty much only milk. When I asked for a new one made, the worker was strangely irritated by it (I understand customer service is rough, and I'm usually on the side of customers getting humbled if it's deserved, but I, personally, didn't do anything to deserve the shaking head and scoffing). He remade it but it was still only milk (I'm pretty sure he just added a scoop of ice cream to the extras of the same batch, so it was exactly the same). I was frustrated and left after that. Luckily my boyfriend got a smoothie that was good, so we shared that instead (the good smoothie is why this is 2 stars instead of 1) But overall the interaction was weird. I'm not mad, it's literally just ice cream we're talk about, but I don't want anyone to waste their time. I recommend just getting ice cream from the gas station next door or getting a to-go desert from any one of the local restaurants.

This place used to be better but the lasts few times I’ve gone here at certain times, items which used to be on their menu were now excluded from their menu. They don’t sell malts anymore or have malted powder mix to make a customer a malted drink as opposed to a shake. Several times while going into this location, I wasn’t able to buy a Strawberry Smoothie (THEY WERE OUT) and today going in there I was served a small cup of vanilla yogurt ice cream, lots of ice and no Strawberry juice. I had to wait until my drink was fully melted before I could drink the thing. The cashiers are always nice and the services is quick but the lack of availability for these two items I find to be a bit problematic. They are still available on the menu and the restocking process is a must if you are planning to keep these items on the menu.Yeah, remodeling could help them a bit and there is a lot of beggars in front of the store.
