I have not visited this location since moving from the southside of Chicago and now I see why. You cannot work in our neighborhoods to make money and treat us like we do not matter. She put my change on the counter, tried to raise her voice, but I was not having that! If people visit other locations such as the one on 95th and Western, it will allow this one to shut down, which it needs to. If it weren't for African Americans doing business with you; you would not be in BUSINESS!!!

They didn’t have anything in stock and kept yelling we don’t have that, then wanted to rush you to order while keep interrupting you. You literally work at baskin robbins, Your job is not hard. there is no reason to be upset. If you don’t like it quit. We tried to go inside to see what the issue was and order in person so they wouldn’t do anything to our food and of course the doors were locked. We had a few words through the window and tried to play dumb. And tell us don’t come back. No worries. We just chose to go somewhere else. They didn’t have anything in stock and I can bet they would have did something to our food. Will never return here.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
