Kid working said the cake lady will come talk to you. The lady came out and said “I didn’t see the email for the order. I don’t have a cake for you.” Like it was nothing, like it wasn’t a big deal. She said I can make you one but you have to come back later. I needed the cake then not later. She said you can take one from the freezer well I didn't have a choice.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
