  I think this could be the best burrito in Chicago, everything is good but I love the Steak and Pastor. OmG. Sweet happy hour deals. The owners and workers are super personable as well. I love it when the DJ’s play and get down with old school house music too. Great place.

  I was looking for a place for lunch and happened to find Aztec Dave’s — and I’m so glad I did! All I can say is WOW. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely awesome, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and spotless. Even the bathrooms were clean, which always says a lot. I will definitely be back!

  Food was great staff was helpful no complaints here had asada tacos as well as shrimp tocos they know what they are doing would definitely be going back.

  My husband and I had such a great time at Aztec Dave’s Cantina in Humboldt Park! From the moment we sat down, our server was absolutely amazing. Even though a spicy mango margarita wasn’t officially on the menu, they went out of their way to make one for me—and it was DELICIOUS! The mango flavor was bold and intense, and the spicy jalapeño-infused rum balanced the sweet and tangy mango perfectly. It was easily one of the best margaritas I’ve had. We both ordered the taco dinner. He chose the chicken tacos, and I went with al pastor, chicken mole, and birria—with a side of fried jalapeños (because why not?). I devoured the al pastor and chicken mole, and although I was too full to finish the birria, it made for an amazing take-home treat. The rice and beans were flavorful and the perfect complement to the meal. Great service, delicious food, and an unforgettable margarita—we’ll definitely be back!

  Had a great experience ordering delivery from Aztec Dave's Cantina. We were out at Burning Bush Brewery on Rockwell and placed a delivery order. The original delivery time passed so we called the restaurant and Dave himself answered the phone. He said our order was ready for pick-up and when realizing the delivery driver was delayed he committed to driving the order up to us himself! The food was still hot when it arrived and very tasty. The Birria consumé was super tasty as well as the Asada burrito. Will absolutely order from here again!
