We tried to go to the bar for a drink and nobody would wait on us. We went back to see if our table was ready and they had clearly forgotten about us (it was 9:30pm at this point). Once seated, our amuse bouche was 30 minutes later, just 1 oyster. The appetizer was about 30 minutes after that. We didn’t have dessert until after midnight. The food had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, nothing was worth the cost under the prix fixe menu. We ordered a nice bottle of champagne and they did offer us a complimentary glass to cheers at midnight. The oyster didn’t sit well with any of us. We all went home immediately and after spending $400 each. So very disappointing…

My family and I spent Christmas at the Four Seasons expecting a special holiday meal. Instead, our dinner took 2.5 hours to arrive. When it finally did, the food was cold, poorly timed, and completely unworthy of the price or the brand. No meaningful apology. No manager proactively addressing the delay. No attempt to make things right despite the bill totaling $600. I would not return, and I would not recommend dining here for any special occasion.
