They never greet anyone and always get annoyed at any request you make. Today I went to buy a coffee and asked them to switch the milk; the young woman got very upset and treated me very poorly. I will not be coming back here.

He closed and locked the window while I was trying to order and told me to move ahead without even listening. He literally said he didn’t want to work. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. If someone doesn’t want to do their job, they shouldn’t be serving customers. Management seriously needs to address this kind of behavior.

I love the staff and my coffee is always great 😌 they’re always so nice and if something was incorrect they always nicely fixed it for me. The only problem I have with this location is the limited parking but I don’t mind the drive thru considering I’m usually on the go anyways. coffee is always good, staff are always kind to me, and the only order I ever truly got “wrong” was from a new hire just last week or so. She was new and young and she gave me the wrong order but I didn’t mind it, so I kept it and the next time I went and ordered the same thing she got it correct. 💕
