  Great place for coffee and quick breakfast. The coffee is always fresh and the donuts are delicious. Staff is friendly and service is fast.

  So rude, I went to the drive through and because no one was answering (yes I am aware that I have to wait until I get a response BUT as a customer service if you notice a car is already waiting please let them know “I’ll be with you in a second”) I was unaware if the speaker was broken or if it even worked so I pulled up thinking I had to order through the window and I kindly told the lady sorry I wasn’t sure if the speaker was working because I had no response and she rudely said “well next time you have to wait because we are busy” again I worked in customer service and I am aware it is busy but I didn’t need the NASTY comment and said you didn’t have to be rude about it and she kept saying “what are you going to order” over and over after I commented she was being rude. It was a mistake for me to pull up and I apologized but to get a rude comment and she said “yo know what what” and left to get a breather, got my donut and closed the door without a word. If you are going to work in customer service, you need to build or have respect and patience. This job is not for you

  Extremely rude staff today @5:50pm. I ordered a drink that did not taste right, so I politely asked for a different drink, and the employee told me no & that he doesn’t understand what I don’t like about the drink they made. He was extremely rude and I asked him if he had a bad day because his attitude was uncalled for. There were no other customers, maybe this is why. They could have made a different drink. They just didn’t want to.. at that point, why are you working? I live up the street from this location, I don’t get the reason for being rude when I come here somewhat frequently. One of the staff was a large bodied, thin legged man with a strange mustache, and the other was skinny with a bowl cut. The skinny one walked off to avoid conversation and the big one was the main rude one. He said his name was Chris.. doubt that.
