The person taking the order flat out told her no. If there is an extra charge, she would pay it. Or if they don’t carry half and half, please tell us. Any other coffee shop we have gone into in the Chicagoland area accommodates us. We just want to know why we have such a hard time receiving a latte made with half and half when going into a Dunkin establishment. Thank you
