- CGCristina Muñoz Gutiérrez3 days ago1.0I ordered a coffee here (not my first time ordering at this location), and although the staff have sometimes had a low mood they've never been necessarily unkind. The coffee I bought tasted sour, like the milk was probably expired. After a couple of sips, I tried to ask about it and let them know the taste it had, but the person working there just said "it's skim milk, it's fine, we change the milk, here's the date" and didn't really show me anything. And only repeated "it's fine, it's fine". Very invalidating, no offer for another one, no offer for a refund, nothing. Normally I don't complain about things or leave reviews really, but this just really disgusting.

- CDColleen DavenportMar 29, 20261.0Wish I'd read reviews before I tried this place. It took 30 minutes after ordering and paying for it to get a hot coffee with cream. I was patient and waited until they started filling orders of people who were 25 or 30 numbers after me. I went to the counter showed him the receipt and asked for the coffee, and he acted like he was going to get it from me but didnt get it or tell anyone else to get it. I think he just hoped I would go away so when I went to the counter the second time I finally did receive the coffee. The "old fashioned" donuts were plain cake donuts without taste or sweetness, and they were not fresh. It was very busy. I was not alone having trouble getting my order. Many orders filled in pieces or incorrectly. I've been at other busy kiosks in airports and never had an experience like this. Avoid it.
