- JBJowharah BlairApr 5, 20261.0I do not enjoy giving bad reviews however I’m hoping that this will draw the attention of the owner unless the gentleman that works at night is the owner then I’m surprised this location is still in business. He is rude as other reviewers have stated he is inconsistent and he does get your order wrong and he has a horrible attitude. No customer service at all. He definitely needs to be in a position where he has no contact with people clearly this is not for him. I spent nearly 5 minutes trying to explain to him what I wanted (caramel frappe or frozen coffee with caramel) he consistently got it wrong then closed the window in my face.

Hate places like this I'm not an expert in their menu, they are suppose to be, and they should be the ones telling me about it, not receive nothing but condescension AND I didn't get what I wanted. They do this *consistently* even with the *right* details and item names. So, they don't know their own menu either.
