  Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The coffee tasted watered down, and my order was incorrect. I specifically ordered an old-fashioned donut, but when I arrived at my office and opened the bag, I found a glazed donut instead. It seemed like the cashier wasn’t paying close attention while taking my order. This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience at this location, and it will be my last visit.

  This Dunkin seems fine but I have tried to order black iced tea here on several occasions and there is something wrong with the way they make it. It tastes like grass. It does not taste like black tea at the other Dunkin’s, which are nice and bitter pure black tea.

  This is the worst Dunkin’ location I’ve ever been to. The following scenario has happened at least half the times I’ve come here. I order one donut and a coffee ahead on the app, I place my order at least TEN MINUTES before I get there. Sometimes more than that. Most of the time when I get there, I can see my coffee is ready and sitting there for 10 minutes while I’m waiting for someone to get the ONE DONUT to complete my order. Why don’t they fulfill the whole order? It’s literally one donut. Seems inefficient to have customers waiting that long for one donut. What really bothers me is that customers who were coming into the store and ordering at the register were getting their donuts handed to them right away. I’m watching people go up to the register, order and receive entire dozens of donuts. While I’m waiting for ONE DONUT that I ordered 15 minutes ago. The last straw for me was when I got to work and opened my bag, and realized they gave me the wrong donut. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  I usually go here for coffee. I'm equidistant to this Dunkin and a Starbucks, and I prefer coffee from Dunkin. When visiting today, it appeared that the restaurant was understaffed. This caused a 10-minute wait to order, but I got my order promptly once I ordered. Hopefully they can find another employee to work morning shifts, since I would much rather drink Dunkin coffee but I don't know if I can afford to wait 10 minutes when I'm trying to get to work. I've seen other mornings like this, but there are also mornings where there's no line and I'm in and out in under two minutes. Just be warned that there might be a wait. Other than the staffing situation, I love going here. I like that they have an extra large size that only costs $3.30 with tax, and that the coffee is always hot and fresh
