  I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE HERE TODAY WITH Avelia SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND RUSHING ME TO ORDER THE WHOLE TIME MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG I HAD TO CAME BACK TO ASK FOR MY RECIPE AND MONEY BACK AND SHE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME

  I HAD THE MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE HERE! I WAS IN DRIVE THROUGH ORDERING, THE HISPANIC LADY WAS RUSHING ME TO MAKE E MY ORDER! ONCE I GOT TO THE WINDOW I ASKED IF SHE CAN REPEAT MY ORDER BECAUSE SHE KEPT TALKING OVER ME AT THE SPEAKER SO I KNEW SHE DIDNT GET EVERYTHING I SAID AND ONCE SHE REPEATED WITH AN ATTITUDE SHE DIDNT GET EVERYTHING I ASKED FOR A THE SPEAKER, I TOLD HER AND HER RESPONSE WAS YOU CANT ADD ON AT THE WINDOW! MY RESPONSE WAS IF YOU WASNT BEING RUDE AT THE SPEAKER YOU COULD HAVE HEARD MY ORDER AND HAD IT CORRECT! HER RESPONSE WAS THERE IS NOTHING I CSN DO THAY IS DUKIN RULES..I THEN TELL HER NO THANK YOU I DONT WANT IT!

  Awful experience, the Hispanic lady working at the window called me “slow” in a disrespectful way. I ordered an everything bagel she said she didn’t have any so i immediately said sesame .2 seconds later she gives me my amount. I drive up and get my drink & walks away. When she comes back I tell her I’m missing my bagel she says “you can’t do add ons at the window” I explained that it’s not an add on I order it at the speaker she then proceeds to insult me by calling me slow after I told her the way she was speaking to me was rude on her behalf. She said she did not care and I had to leave so I drove off. That being said I DO NOT recommend this Dunkin. They are rude and it’s unfortunate I will not spend another dollar at this Dunkin.
