Not only did they fail to take my complete order but the person at the window kept grinning at me as if taunting me for not knowing what the coffee I previously ordered was. It’s a new coffee I wanted to try and rather than giving me the options for the caramel chocolate drinks they have she kept on her smirk. In addition to all this, the coffee we did end up purchasing was so watered down we simply threw it away. I’ve never had an experience like this at this location but this completely deterred me from ever coming again. Luckily there is another Dunkin' near my home. Completely unacceptable.
