He ordered his drink, and had to repeat his order like 3 times and when he pulled up to window, they got his order wrong. My husband told whoever was at the window it was the wrong order. Whoever was at the window insisted he take the drink and kept claiming that’s what was ordered. This is horrible customer service and behavior because how are you going to force someone to take something they obviously didn’t order!!!!

- DDid You Do That ?Jan 26, 20261.0Busy talking laughing alli wanted was a hot tea (oh what kind ) any hot tea (what kind 5×) a 12phlk dnuts took them 12minutes to get the 3cars in front of me .Sugar n lemon ON SIDE FOR TEA .( put sugar in it no lemon) did you add how you like YOUR TEA (its in there) no she'd enjoy how she enjoys tea hot maybe just 2 sugars maybe) That's why a speaker I said ON THE SIDE IN CLOSING PLACE IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO GO IF There's MORE THAN 1 car in line If YOU like you add ins on side NOT IN CUP AS REQUESTED AND NOT IF YOU JUST GET A HALF HOUR LUNCH . 😡😡😡😡😡 5 angry faces and 5 thumbs down Make this a PASS IT BY SPOT THEY JUST ARENTWORTH THE TROUBLE
