  Im sorry for being such a idiot and parking in your parking spot. I didn't notice any sings for that specific parking spot. I mean after spending atleast $6.50 every day at dunkin they wouldn't mind me parking there for 20 mins to celebrate my wife getting a vise. Im only human. But you guys were thirsty. I just got a ice coffee. And when I came back my car was gone soo was my ice coffee. After spending so much money at the lawyers it was so hard getting a Uber and getting my car out . And finally getting to drink my warm ice coffee. Thank you dunkin. I just hope none of you end you in that horrible situation):

  I went in this location and I wasn’t rude to the employees at all. There were no customers inside mostly at the drive thru. I got there and sat down to place my order online, yes I took some time to place my order but that wouldn’t have to be a problem to the employees right. I’m doing them a favor by not standing there Infront of them thinking what I want. Anyways I heard when my order came in and when I saw the worker get my order in my mind I was like ok they have some drive thru orders before me but they will make mine too. Wrong!!! I waited there and the employees there just continue making the orders of the drive thru and never saw my order in the bin of online pick ups. They guy there was making drinks and the girl was organizing some donuts so that’s when I decided to go up to her and asked her if they had received an order under my name and right away I could see the attitude towards me , she proceeded to do one of my drinks and then waited some minute and I had to go ask about the other items of my order. She gave me my other drink which you could tell they made it with anger. I was still waiting for other items and then I got them and just decided to leave even though I wanted to stay there and eat. I came out of that Dunkin so mad! And I still didn’t realized they didn’t do my order right. I understand when you get customers with bad attitude towards employees from the minute they step in the location but why treat customers that haven’t done anything to make you mad so freaking rude. My whole perspective changed because when I got there the ambience seemed nice and I even responded back when the guy greeted. So why be like that towards good customers that just want to get something to eat and drink and eat there.???? I work with customers too. So yes I understand what it is dealing with rude customers but I wasn’t one of them. I also don’t like leaving bad reviews but just when these kind of things happen.
