  Very polite staff and they are good at helping customers feel welcomed. The manager is amazing. She remembers usual customers and what they like. She referred to some by name. That’s another level of respect and skill.

  4/3/26 went to this Dunkin and the service really does suck i wanted cold foam on my refresher the female said they don’t do it every other Dunkin I go to does it for me I will never come to this Dunkin again service really sucks

  The worker Sylvia was very helpful right before closing, I ordered my mobile order drink wrong on accident and was willing to pay more to get the right drink and she just remade it for me with no complaints, I appreciate the kind service from her!!

  This is why people choose starbucks over dunkin, dunkin workers have no class or common sense. So rushed to get people out the worker wasnt looking when she handed me all my items at the same time, i tried my best to hurry and grab my second item she didnt see she dropped my bad and didnt apologize or anything just looked at me like it was my problem. I asked do i grab it or? Because anywhere else someone would have apologized and replaced my dropped items on the concrete ground. She gave me an obnoxious remark and walked away making me wait 5 minutes for my other items
