- DDDanielleMar 17, 20261.0Dunkin’ at O’Hare F Concourse was unbelievably rude. No line, wrappers all over the floor, and staff acted genuinely bothered that I walked up. I brought my own clean mug and asked for hot water, and they wanted to charge me $1. Not for coffee, not for a cup, just hot water in my own mug. It wasn’t even the dollar, it was the attitude. The whole interaction felt like I was interrupting their conversation. I won’t be back.

There was only one person working and he was slinging lattes, donuts, coffee, complicated sugary drink order from a bunch of high school kids like it was nothing. And he was smiling the whole time. I tipped him big both times because he was working his tail off. I seriously don’t know how he was getting drinks donuts and a smile out so fast. He was like an octopus back there. And not to mention I’m sure I wasn’t the only customer with flight issues so people likely weren’t that friendly and he was smiling the whole time.

I don't ever leave crappy reviews for service industry workers but here's the exception. ALL of the people working there were more interested in each other than customers. Dunkin Donuts, you should pay more so you don't have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for employees.
