  Several times in the past few months there's been something missing from my mobile order. I don't want to keep having to file claims for reimbursement, just get your act together.

  2/20/26 The primary good thing about this place is the service is super fast: The employees are friendly and curteous, and your in and out the door in no time. The atmosphere and washroom is impeccably clean, and it isn't terribly busy, so their isn't a long wait. However, I only have one complaint about one item: Their milkshakes. They add too much ice and water, and it isn't thick and tasty. It isn't exclusive to this particular location either. Many Dunkin locations make their milkshakes like this! Aside from that, all of their other products are good. This Dunkin is in the perfect location, and nice to visit after a long visit at Walmart or Boost when you need a coffee or snack for a quick pick me up afterwards.

  Miércoles 18 de febrero alas 1:45 de la tarde pedí un café frío pero le dije ala señorita como lo quería jamás vuelvo a ir a ese lugar pésimo el personal esa señorita me dio un café demasiado agrio horrendo pésimo pésimo personal mejor lo tiré afuera del local

  Today I was finally able to use my points that I've accumulated from the app and I was pretty exited since I've never had a gift from dunkin. Unfortunately it wasn't how I expected it. Person at the counter gave me attitude once I told her I wanted to use my points to get a free coffee. Yes she gave it to me but it was the worst coffee I've ever had. I've been a regular and tried to buy consistently to get my points. Very disappointed with everyone there since I always come to this location for them to treat me like this and for them to give me this type of service.
