  Avoid this location—absolute chaos. I don’t know what’s going on with the service here, but it was hands-down the most frustrating experience I’ve had at a Dunkin’. The guy behind the counter was **completely checked out**. I tried to give him my order clearly, but he wasn't even pretending to listen. Instead of actually inputting what I asked for, he just wandered off, threw some random items together, and shoved them at me like I was supposed to be happy with whatever he felt like making. To top it off, I showed up at **9:00**, and the energy in the place was just dismal. If you actually want the food you’re paying for, go somewhere else. This guy just does whatever he wants regardless of what comes out of your mouth. **Pros:** None. **Cons:** Everything. Don't waste your time.

  I went here to order this morning the food was good but today I told the lady the cashier I wanted a mango refresher she gon makes a strawberry refresher and say I want strawberry I said I wanted mango but she made my drink wrong again then the third time she made it correct when I try to grab the drink she didn’t place it in my hand instead she threw it on the counter with fit and the same thing happened to my mother my mother ask for cold brew with cold foam and gave her drink back to the lady and when the lady was done my mother put her hand out to grab it but instead of the lady giving it to my mother she threw my mother drink on the counter as well

  This honestly has to be one of the worst Dunkin’s I have ever been to. I was a loyal customer until I started realizing that they genuinely don’t want anyone’s service here. I came to the drive thru and the Indian guy kept insisting there weren’t any donuts left when I got to the window I can clearly see the donuts and they started laughing in my face the other Hispanic guy asked me to come in to get the donuts because he realized the other guy lied and was laughing at me
