- VJVero JApr 9, 20261.0Needless to say it’s really disappointing how this place went downhill so fast. I placed a pic up order which my sister grabbed for me on her way home. I had placed an order for 5 munchkins and only got 4…. As for my sandwich I got only one egg when I paid extra for a second one and the top of my everything bagel is COVERED on the seasoning and burnt…. I will never be coming back and will instead to one of the many coffee shops nearby.

Its as if the staff doesn't take into account the customer order/menu so when its serve its nothing to what you expect. I asked for a XL hot coffee with one sugar and it came back looking mostly white, like they didn't even try to adjust the order and made it the default way. Sucks to say that I won't be coming back to this local Dunkin.

Just like all the other 1star reviews have stated, it’s really gone down hill. For some reason out of the blue they stopped accepting Amex, even though Amex is a partner with Dunkin & they have Amex logos on their cash register. In person I used my card & they told me they don’t take that card, so I paid cash. The next day I saw that my order was charged on that card, so I paid double. Thankfully, like I said, Amex is partner with Dunkin & the charge turned into credit & points. Every location in Pilsen accepts Amex besides this one for some reason. So after being a regular throughout the years as of 2026, I stopped going here. Sad to see it go downhill like this.
