  I’ve been going to the same Dunkin’ Donuts for about two years, and their bathroom is always “out of service.” As a regular customer who pays $5–6 for coffee, it’s frustrating not being allowed to use it. It’s hard to believe it’s been out of service for that long, it feels more like they just don’t want to deal with it.

  Convenient it being right by the rail station and all the bus routes. Jefferson Park is one of the last true northwest Chicago areas. Service okay. Donut's are fresh that's if you get them in the morning.

  I bought a cake here yesterday as a birthday gift for my son’s birthday today. Despite being kept in the fridge, when I opened it today, it was clearly spoiled and inedible. I have photos to prove the poor condition of the product. It is incredibly disappointing that Dunkin' would sell such low-quality, potentially unsafe food. This completely ruined our celebration. I strongly advise against buying bakery items from this location as they clearly do not monitor expiration dates."

  Asked for the employee to wear gloves while she was beginning to grab donuts, she rolled her eyes at me and spoke to her coworker in another language. I asked for a bag three times during the transaction, since it was raining, but that passed her off and she ignored me, handing me the donut box. I asked for a bag again, was ignored until I walked back and tried to get one myself. Don't bother with this place, go to the 7/11 for cheaper donuts you can get yourself without rude employees. Worst Dunkin'.

  Uber eats has a buy a half dozen donuts and get the other half for free. I ordered 3 half dozen donuts and I was expecting to get 3 boxes for free and I never received them. I call them and spoke with a Manisha or Varsha. They told me the no such order existed and that I read it wrong. So I headed to the store to talk to them. I showed both of them what uber eats has and they still refused to honor. Instead they became very rude. If this is how you do business. I personally refuse to come to this location or any other location that these 2 women are working. Replace them or fix your Uber eats menu. The worst customer service.
