- BRBrian RobinApr 1, 20261.0I went to this Dunkin location to get a large iced coffee. When I paid with a $5 bill, I was told they don't have any change. Ok, whatever, I figured I was going to give them the change as a tip anyways. When they went to fill my iced coffee, the worker had problems getting it to pour, so as I watched her, she moved the cup to decaf and filled it from there. I asked her why she filled it with decaf and she said, "Oh, that's what you ordered." They eventually fixed it, but there's no need to lie to me.

I wanted to see if she really took my points so I asked her if she can scan my barcode and she did but my points were never received.
