  From 6am to 6pm the service is great along with order being just right! I visit this establishment multiple times of day due to fact I work across the street at CTA. But the only overnight employee is absolutely disgusting & rude. She doesn’t properly talk to people when there is an issue with an order. She becomes irate, aggressive & plain out rude. She also intentionally mess your order if you become someone she is not fond of like me. I told her she was out of line when she told me I didn’t have any money why come there. Whole time my card was lock & the cellular service wasn’t letting me in the app to unlock the card. Ever since then she does Malicious things to my order on purpose. It’s been 4 Saturdays in a row that I purchased my drink around 3am only to bring it back hours later to get made over by the next shift. One time I caught her scratching her back with a plastic knife thru the front window. I had to place my order at drive thru due to lobby being closed & I asked her due she mind washing her hands & quickly she goes off stating her hands was clean I can go somewhere else. I complained multiple time to the next shift manager but she says they won’t say much to her because there isn’t many people that will work that 12 hour shift. And personally I think she may be getting paid less than the average rate. But above all the next team is amazing even knowing I want already because I frequent this establishment daily & multiple times a day but i will go to other locations due to her. My CTA co workers are ready to ban together & stop being patrons of this location due to 1 person. I hope someone get this message & make some changes. The over recent overnight people were temporarily there in her absence & they were absolutely great!

  I've ordered from there 2 times thru door dash and obviously the staff of Duncan donuts can't read!!! Each time they have sent the wrong order on top of the what they sent was dried out!!! Disgusting. Don't go there!!!

  My coworkers and i Won't go to this location any longer not because of the food, but The constant and incessant and insistant people that come there and are up thr your car and beg and bother and pester you for money. First thing i look at is the shoes and most have shoes that I would have to not buy groceries for 2 weeks to be able to afford. The constant nag and beg and sob stories that are THE SAME EVERYTIME .!! I WONT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AS I CANT STAND TO BE BOTHERED ALL THE TIME. Its not because I dont want to give any money, the constant and continuous begging is beyond anything I've ever seen anywhere else. There's about 200 people where I work, and we have already started going to other locations for coffee and donuts due to being sick and tired of it. Not to mention, that you have to pay with a debit card because the woman waiting on you will stare at your cash change then look at you and then look at her tip jar as if to hint she wants it. We won't be back. Dunkin donuts motto years ago used to be "worth the trip" well its not anymore.
