  The manager of this Dunkin location is extremely rude. I was waiting for my order for 20 minutes when I went up to ask them if they were making my order. the manager told me I “wasn’t listening” and that they threw my order away. She then said “I don’t care if you get your food or not, you should have been listening.” It may sound hard to believe that this 50+ year old women was yelling at a teenage customer, however, this not the first time the manager has behaved like this. There have been multiple instances where she has yelled at my friends and I. I find this interaction very rude and extremely upsetting, especially considering my friends and I have been loyal customers of this location for over 6 months.

  they kept burning my bagel and putting no butter on it, and when I asked them to remake it, they kept me remaking it wrong and then got mad at me and gave me the butter separate from the bagel. The manager is also super rude and always yelling at customers, and another time she threw away my food because I didn’t come up to the stand quick enough.

  Early morning workers move like they're still sleep. Forgot my order. First person in but damn near the last person out and all I ordered was a coffee and a croissant.

  The Dunkin at 1519 W Madison in Chicago ranks the worst in terms of customer friendly service and professionalism. I recently went to this location to get some coffee and was told we didn’t make any decaf - and never offered to make any. Also on a previous recent visit to the same location - the same male worker had the cleaning bucket and mops barricading the door at 5:35pm and the door was locked! The store sign said open until 6pm. So I knocked on the door and I said aren’t you open until 6pm - which the male worker yelled back - “they don’t pay me for any overtime”!

  I went in for an iced coffee, and the person in front of me and I were made to wait quite a while to order. Finally, when the person in front of me was asked about their order, the server offered a donut for waiting. I thought she would offer me a donut too for the wait, but she didn't offer me anything, and they still made me wait another 10 minutes for my iced coffee and avocado toast. She completely ignored my time.
