  I was just yelled at by the guy when he got my order wrong and had to go back and fix it, because I was “holding up his line”. Terrible customer service.

  absolutely terrible. went to buy 3 matchas and spent $25. they filled our cups up halfway and told us this is their standard amount they add to every cup and filled the remaining of the cup with cold foam. i asked for a manager and she told me he will be in tomorrow! very distasteful i will not be back.

  They were very rude about the fact that I chose the wrong item of donut saying he can’t help in any way I choose the wrong thing when it was miss communication

  They didn’t speak.. don’t even greet. , I was reaching for cup holder the lady put it down an walked away , they was cussing behind the counter, bad customer service. Will not return.

  Bad service I order by the app and they take 20 min then I went in January 2 for the promotion of one donut free for every drink and the Men work there tell me No is only one for order and he closes the window in my face when I trying to say about I order 5 drinks .they don’t folllow the deals and they are inrespect to the costume very bad service
