When I told them that wasn’t what I wanted, they said “Well that’s what your ordered.” End of conversation, the attendant turned and walked away. Terrible!
- OWOntario WilliamsMar 30, 20265.0Im not going to lie the customers are very rude towards the employees im standing in line and they literally talk about them when they are just doing their job. People need to realize this is an airport so its going to be busy,loud and crowded you have to have patience especially with dunkin because its the cheapest in the airport so everyone goes there i always get taken care of when i am there. Although it is not cheap like the outside dunkins and they dont take app or gift cards my experience was great. Thanks to Ky and Angelique for getting me my order quick and fast.

While I love Dunkin’ food and coffee, my experience with all Midway airport Dunkin’ locations has been very poor. The employees clearly don’t want to work and have no customer service skills whatsoever.

It seemed every single order was wrong or missing something resulting in a lot of chaos. Employees won't even look at you and even a polite thank you after such an inefficient experience wasn't even acknowledged.
- TRT RemMar 14, 20261.0If you are a Senior or have a disability, this location doesn't want you. They will not honor Senior Citizens discounts. The are no chairs. Limited choices. Also, if you are a disabled veteran, I recommend you use a different location on Veterans day. The manager yelled at me "no discounts". Fine. No money for you. How about that! Taking money elsewhere. There is a better Dunkin down the street.
