- RHrodney harmon6 days ago3.0I’ve been here numerous times. After receiving somewhat of an attitude from the owner, I started paying more attention to my treatment as a paying customer. It seems to me that black people are tolerated but not treated with the same courtesy and respect as others. This is just my experience. I won’t be returning to this Dunkin’

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 40 years, and I’ve watched this Dunkin go from a great spot to one of the worst-run locations around. The problem here is management. It is obvious the way this place is run starts at the top. The tone, the attitude, and how customers are treated all come from whoever is in charge, and it shows every single time you walk in. This is not a one-time bad experience. It is consistent. You get ignored at the counter, spoken to with attitude, and treated like you are an inconvenience. That kind of environment does not happen by accident. If you think this is just one opinion, go read the other reviews. You will see the same complaints over and over again about how customers are treated here. That tells you everything you need to know. This location is a disgrace to the neighborhood and to the Dunkin name. Corporate should be paying attention because poor management like this damages the brand. Do not go to this location. Avoid it. Go to the one on 111th by the 22nd District police station instead. Completely different experience. They are professional, friendly, and actually treat customers with respect.
