One of my preferred Dunkin's to go too. Employee gave great customer service when I placed my order through drive thru. Coffee was made well. Received my order with no issues.

Chose walk-in for my online ordering. Got there about 6:15am the doors were still locked but my order was waiting for pickup. Knocked on the door 2 staffers looked and one rolled her eyes. Walked off, made me wait about, upon her unlocking the door I told her she didn’t have to roll her eyes the order is here waiting. She then continues very loud and rude, cussing and everything. Let me just say I been heated about this all day, and want to go back for the managers info and her name. But hell it’s Dunkin.

Please be careful ordering from the Dunkin’ at 130th and Torrence. I had a very bad experience. The employee had a very rude attitude and talked back when I asked about my order. When I asked for her name so I could leave a review, she said I didn’t need her name.
They also messed up my food and refused to properly fix it. She told me she would fix one item but not the other, even though both were incorrect. That’s not acceptable—if an order is wrong, it should be corrected. Because of that, I ended up requesting a refund. The whole time she kept speaking to me in a very disrespectful way. Overall, it was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
