So this dunkin donuts is literally only a few blocks from where I live...so its my family and I go to spot 98% of the time...but this will be the last time I frequent this location...I will just go to the one on Belmont/Cicero or the one on Fullerton/Laramie from now on since those are the other locations close to my house...but this has got to be the place with the rudest WORKERS ever... they have no idea what good customer service is at all. Management definitely needs to do a better job when hiring and maybe offer some classes to those who lack customer service, because it is ridiculous. The girl who was at the drive thru window this morning around 8:16am handing me over my drinks, should be very grateful that my mother was with me, because I was ready to spazz out on her. Management get your workers in order because from what I see down these reviews, it's nothing but lack of good customers service.

Ordered 2 brown sugar shaken espressos and the employee told me that my drinks take a long time to make and to order them ahead of time from now on. Really?? Staff can’t handle two drinks? And to say that to a customer is insane. I come every day and now will be taking my buisness to the location down Belmont.

This is the second time I’ve had to deal with the rudest customer service from this same place. I went through the drive through to order my food and drinks and the employee was the worst. I was still ordering with no one in front of me OR behind me and she kept cutting me off to the point of me asking why was she being so rude. Her response was “we’re under staffed” and “are you done”. First, I’m not getting my food and drinks for free, I’m paying almost $30 for it. The least I deserve is to be treated with respect. Second, it’s not my problem they’re under staffed. This is a recurring issue I’ve had at this location. The tone they use to treat the customers is appalling. My 85 year old mother and my 15 year old daughter were in the car with me and they were stunned at the way this interaction went, I drove away. I don’t trust anyone with that attitude to make my food. This will be the last time I ever go there.

They now charge for easy ice in the iced coffee. Other locations dont do this. Scamming money out of people.
