- FFFrancoMar 14, 20261.0I will be reporting this location, ownership and management (Sara) to the department of Public health for inspection. I believe this location may be violating the law by not allowing its customers to use the bathroom. There were about 8 customers and 4-5 employees in the establishment at once(with seating) and they refused to let me use the restroom. I also told the manager I have diagnosed IBS and she still refused which I believe is illegal in itself due to the restrooms access act. It’s also bad customer service in my opinion to have a bathroom in the common area of your restaurant and not allow customers to use it. I will also be filing a complaint with Dunkin’ Donuts corporate. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed and considering not buying from Dunkin anymore
- EREthan RaeMar 8, 20261.0I live a block from this Dunkin and so I was super excited when they remodeled and added a drive-thru. Unfortunately the workers here are incompetent and mean. The only good and decent workers are the two women who wear hijabs: always nice and friendly. If there’s a young man in his early 20s taking your order, don’t even bother. Your food and drinks will take forever to get from this location. The order is almost always wrong and the customer service is terrible. Today I went through the drive thru with a $25 order. The employees always leave their headsets on so you can hear them through the speaker at all times. He showed disdain that I was there again saying “It’s Ethan, our *favorite* customer.” I’m can’t be 100% sure what the intent was, but it didn’t sound good and it definitely is not professional. Let me be clear that I have never been rude. We do put in large orders for friends every couple weeks but are never impatient. Today was the last straw though and I will never return again. I will also be calling corporate. Save yourself the headache and go to Starbucks down the street.
