- YYyoshiApr 1, 20261.0The lady taking my order at around 4:50am got my order wrong on top of that I ordered everything I needed to order and I had to say it twice and when I got to the window I realized she was ON HER PERSONAL PHONE while taking my order AND she still got my order wrong. It sucks because this is the only Dunkin that’s open on my way to work if not I would go to another one.

I walked in yesterday to get coffee which ordinarily should take a minute or two. This guy is walking around chit-chatting, taking his time. This is how businesses fail.
