I work in the Thompson Center/Google Bldg. from 7:00am-3:00pm. I’ve been going to this location for three years now, since the Dunkin downstairs inside the Thompson Center/ Google Bldg. closed down. All staff are friendly; in particular the one young gentleman who on occasion is at the register, but mainly tends to the ovens during the 6:00am shift. Very friendly and personable, which is a rarity these days!! He always greets the customers and tells them to “have a good day” when handing them their food item(s). He also offers customers to purchase new food product if interested when he’s at the register. I see several negative reviews posted about this location. Give it another chance.
- CSColin SiegelNov 3, 20212.0I am a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer. They are my first choice for coffee wherever I travel. I just drink regular coffee. This location is the closest to my office so I have it 2-3 times a week, often in addition to coffee I get at the Dunkin Donuts closest to my home in the morning. The coffee brewed at this specific location is not up to the normal standard. No restaurant can always get it right, but I've never had a cup of coffee from here that lives up to the standard of every other Dunkin Donuts I've visited throughout the entire country. It just tastes off.
