  WHEN I SAY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS PLACE HAS IT! A SHORT MEXICAN WOMAN WHO WORK THERE IS ALWAYS RUDE, NEVER SMILES OR THANK THE CUSTOMERS! COFFEE IS NEVER HOT, TOO MUCH SUGAR! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT MAKING YOUR DRINK RIGHT! THEY JUST WANT TO RUSH YOU TO GET THE MONEY! I FEEL RUSHED EVERYTIME! THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BEING HAPPY, HE JUST WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY! THIS PLACE HAS WENT DOWN OVER THE YEARS! THE FOOD IS HALF COOKED, TASTE OLD AND DRY! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE AND THE MANAGER WILL NOT CARE IF YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT! HE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY! RUN 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I requested light ice with my drink, and the cashier, Mo, informed me that he could only provide a third of the cup with ice, stating that this is Dunkin’s standard. Based on my frequent visits, I believe this information is inaccurate. I then asked if my drink could be made without ice and was told that this was not possible. This response was both surprising and concerning, as I have never encountered a situation where a beverage could not be prepared without ice. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and lacked basic customer service. I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure more accurate information and a better experience for customers in the future.

  The worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. They completely messed up my order. I ordered decaf but they gave me fully caffeinated coffee and I’m getting heart palpitations. I also paid extra for coffee milk and they didn’t even put any in. Dunkin should get rid of this location. The people working here are rude too.

  Fast service, fresh donuts and a great selection. Street parking is the issue.
