  The food is fine. The staff are what to be expected. The music? By god. I've prayed to God for the speakers to break and I fear he has abandoned me.

  I heard new management took over and got rid of the old crew. First and foremost, I spend over 150$ weekly at this location. This place is a mess since they got a new crew. Overnight guy is not friendly, doesn’t make the best coffee and does not know how to crumble bacon (maybe too lazy) … Afternoon crew is the worst! They are a lil friendlier though.. The wait time for an iced coffee is over 5 minutes & the coffee is crappy. Either they forget the sugar, don’t put enough cream, or the coffee isnt coffee and is pure creamer in a cup. I only see 1 guy busting his butt off in there while the others stand around and watch him work. I would rather drive 4 minutes to central av , walk in there knowing my coffee tastes the same every single time.. Also, little advice. The iced coffee is too acidic, maybe stir the bag beforehand and throughly within the shift

  Worst Dunkin ever! Attendant at drive-through takes super long time just to get a coffee and a doughnut. Terrible service! Absolutely ridiculous no attention for customer Happy service

  Rats in the drive-thru lane! The food is consistently bad here. Everything is either undercooked or overcooked. The hash browns are never fresh. Wraps are so overcooked that they crumble. Customer service is horrible. Over the years they have had some of the nicest workers, but lately they are rude, argumentative and bitter. There are at least 5 other Dunkin’s within a mile of this location with better prices, better food and consistently friendly service.
