- SRSavvy Ramos2 days ago1.0I always go here and this Elder Lady Ally usually wears different tops then others is always so rude! I just wanted milk in my coffee made it a big deal BASICALLY yelled in front of everybody that i needed to pay extra and that’s totally fine with me i don’t mind but don’t be rude to me because there was miscommunication between a worker and me! It’s the principle about how u treat costumers and obviously she has no customer service skills. I work for the Airport as well it’s crazy how she treats people who are in the same company as her i cannot imagine her with regular passengers. You don’t need to be ugly to other to show you have authority. DO BETTER!
- PDPretty Different3 days ago1.0’m honestly really frustrated right now. I ordered two double chocolate donuts—and I repeated it twice because I was in a rush trying to catch my flight. I trusted that my order was correct, grabbed the bag, and left. Now I’m on the plane, I open the bag, and I’ve been given two plain white donuts instead. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since I made it very clear what I wanted. I didn’t have time to check because I was rushing, and now there’s nothing I can do about it. This kind of mistake is really unacceptable, especially when customers are in a hurry and rely on you to get simple orders right.

On top of, my drink was made completely differently (huge caramel crunchy whatever instead of a small cappuccino), and I was sent to the line because my drink turned out to be wrong. I just left. I had already paid and waited for 40 minutes, this is an airport.
