Yesterday, I ordered a bagel with butter on the app and when I got to my office there was only one butter packet. Annoying? Yes, but I could understand the oversight with as many orders as they have in the morning. Today, I decided on the same order. This time, when I picked up my food, I looked inside the bag and saw only one butter packet. I kindly asked the staff member for a few more butter packets and he pointed towards the register and said they were 50 cents each. I told him there was only 1 packet for an entire bagel and he confirmed that’s all they give and I could purchase more for 50 cents. Completely unacceptable!
