  I come to this location because it is closest to my job. I come here everyday if not every other day for the same drink. Everytime I come here, the Indian women at the drive thru window ask me to wait in the parking lot for my drink after ordering in the drive thru, even if no one else is in line. Super inconvenient especially when only ordering an iced coffee. This time I couldn’t park in the parking lot due to being in a hurry and I told her sorry I can’t. She told me she doesn’t care about my time she is “running on her own drive thru timer”. Once she handed me my drink she told me to not come back here anymore. I have never experienced such ignorant behavior from a Dunkin’ Donuts employee over an iced coffee.

  The girl who works there always with a bad attitude and when she sees you coming in, she ignoring you like nobody is there and she takes too long to say to someone else to help you. No welcoming guest and takes too long to attend you, basically walks pass by you. This location has been my favorite and now that I been treated this way 2 times is unacceptable.

  The girls employees who work there always with at bad attitude , it seems that they don’t like to work there, they don’t say anything at all when u come in and everything that they make looks nasty.

  Very disappointed with the service. My drink was served half full, which felt unprofessional and careless. When I’m paying for a full drink, I expect to actually receive one. It made the experience feel like they were trying to cut corners. I wouldn’t recommend this place. 😕

  I have been to this place a couple times because it was on the way not because I wanted to go here the first time the hashbrowns were actually cold and raw. Just today I go in and get an English muffin sandwich and there’s a long brown hair melted in with the cheese mind you I’m blonde. I go in and let them know. The manager completely ignores me doesn’t even say a word to me and leaves it to the young girls in the front to deal with it.disgusting
