  I ordered a sourdough sandwich around 1 PM. There were two employees working, a man and a woman. The woman at the register had an attitude, which made the experience unpleasant. On top of that, my sandwich was burnt and did not taste good. I’m very disappointed with the service and food, and I don’t plan on coming back.

  There was only one person working at the drive-through, and inside it took a long time to serve me, so I ended up ordering through my app.

  The girl took my order for a medium coffee, then proceeded to to to the drive through line and service about 5-6 cars before I asked another worker for my money back. Then all of a sudden the original cashier comes from the back with an attitude, “yeah give her a fefund” DUH! You think I’m finna stand here and watch drive through customs getting served with speed, meanwhile I’m sitting here waiting patiently and being ignored.

  I’ve been a regular customer at this Dunkin’ Donuts since 2018, every day but lately the quality and service have declined significantly. One of the biggest issues is the coffee cups constantly leaking. Almost every time I get coffee from this location, it leaks onto my hands and clothes, which is extremely frustrating. I visit other Dunkin’ locations and never experience this problem, so it seems specific to this store. Another major problem is order accuracy. No matter how clearly, slowly, or carefully I place my order, and even when I confirm it multiple times at the drive-thru window, 99% of the time I still receive the wrong order. It doesn’t seem to matter how careful I am—they often hand me something completely different from what I requested. I’ve also noticed frequent staff turnover, with new employees appearing very often. This seems to affect the consistency of the coffee. Some days the coffee tastes fine, but many times it tastes different or is served cold. It feels like there is no consistent standard or proper training to maintain quality. In addition, customer service has become disappointing. Basic courtesy, such as responding to “thank you” or “have a good day,” is often missing. This makes the experience feel unwelcoming. Lately, I’ve been going to other Dunkin’ Donuts locations, and the experience is much better. Unfortunately, this location is sometimes the most convenient because it’s close to my home. However, almost every time I go there, I regret coming back because of the repeated issues with service, quality, and order accuracy. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the overall customer experience.

  The best Dunkin! Service is friendly and quick, and my drink never disappoints! Thank you to the baristas for always getting my caffeine-fix 10/10! ❤️❤️
