  I just recently placed an online order here and unfortunately had a bad customer service experience. After picking up my pizza and getting home I realized I did not receive the drink I ordered with my food. I called the store to simply ask for a refund when I was cut off by the person who answered to ask me if I asked for the sprite. I admitted I forgot to ask but asked him if they are not responsible for double checking the order. He then said no it’s your job to ask for the drink. The whole situation was not a big deal to me but to be talked to disrespectfully and dismissively was.

  Negative experience. I placed an order of a large pizza and two other items for delivery. Long story short, the order never arrived. I called the store twice over the course of more than two hours and received no help; both times, I was just told the delivery driver must still be on their way (for two and a half hours!?). The next day, I went to the store in person and asked for either a refund or a voucher to have my order remade in the future. The person working did, to their credit, remake my pizza. However, they acted like doing so was a huge favor to me and told me they couldn't do anything else for me because I could be lying about not having received the order. I understand that, to some extent, their hands were tied here by Domino's corporate's failure to invent a system to confirm hand-off like every other major delivery service. However, it still felt disrespectful given that at this point Domino's had essentially stolen from me. Anyway, I appreciate that she did remake the pizza, but receiving less than half of my order when 1) I no longer needed it, this was the day after I had had guests to feed and 2) I had spent over an hour dealing with the situation wasn't the remedy I needed.

  One of the server was very rude. I said hello she did not respond. She just looked at me and then looked away. When I left, I said thank you then she looked at me and then looked away. I don’t know what that means.

  I order here as a guilty treat sometimes, I use the website, so I can't speak to phone orders. The order is quick, the food is good and the delivery crew is also lovely.
