  this location is responsible for the single worst food ordering experience i’ve ever had. hope you guys up at corporate like a long read :) so i’m staying in chicago for the weekend and as a typical human being does after a long day of traveling does, i decide to order a pizza. although little did i know that ordering this pizza would completely derail my entire night. first off, the pizza arrived around 10 minutes late because the driver, according to the tracker, parked his car for a bit on their way to deliver my order. the driver eventually dropped off my order at my hotel, but when i went to grab it, my order was completely wrong. first off, the pizza was a plain cheese when i had ordered one with ham and bacon on it. second, the breadsticks i ordered were nowhere to be seen. i decided to call the store to explain the situation, but they hung up on me. i tried calling again, and again but they just kept hanging up on me. finally i got through and the manager? told me he would make a new pizza…a whole hour after i ordered it. another hour passed, and i decided to call again just to check up on things, but this time i was put on hold by another team member. i waited for about 30 minutes before hanging up and trying again. i wasn’t able to get through until another 30 minutes passed. it had now been 3 hours since i ordered my pizza, and i was very hungry. turns out they never even started making my pizza and they said that they were gonna start on it right then. i then asked how long it would take them to make the pizza and deliver it, and they said it would take about 30-45 minutes. and so, i decided to give them one more chance, but unfortunately 45 minutes passed and still no pizza. i called the store one more time and asked for a refund. they were hesitant at first saying that the pizza was out of the oven, but how was i supposed to know for sure? i then told them that i had waited 4 hours, and would rather use the money to get some other food and they told me they’d cancel the order and that the refund would hit my account tomorrow. avoid this location at all costs. they will waste your time and money, and they do not care at all about their customers.

  wish i could leave a zero star i wish they had better service the employees are rude the manager extra rude his driver that came to deliver my food even worse for some reason i always have problems with oscar he always has this look like if im bothering him he asked me for tips all the time so i feel like shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable because he doesn't know how to do his job,so i didnt know why he feels the need to always take 20 mins even though it take 5 mins to get here and i always give it enough time but today was horrible he was disrespectful and i swear i will never order here again after the comments and the way he gave me my order after i asked why he was sitting infront of the Domino's for 20 mins this time its was " just next time order somewhere else ." so i will.

  I got a wrong pizza, I called, they did not give me any solution :/ the worst thing is that I don’t like olives, what I got have a lot of it

  Received pizza delivered upside down. Called the restaurant was told they would remake and send it… never happened. Called again was told it would be refunded.. never happened. Tried to call again the next day and was told no manager on site and they could not provide the managers details or have them call me back. Not chasing for an 18$ refund but 18$ spent on a dropped pizza is overpriced in my opinion. AVOID

  I placed an order for cheesy jalapeno garlic bread with no bacon due to a pork allergy. However, the order was prepared incorrectly and included bacon. I accidentally consumed a bite before realizing the mistake, which is a serious health concern. When I contacted the store, they refused to acknowledge the error and insisted that I return to the location for a refund, which is not feasible as I do not live nearby. This is unacceptable as it involves both food safety negligence and poor customer service. I request a full refund and appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not occur again.
