  Expected more. Not bad but not great either. Found grocery store doughnuts to be just as good, if not better

  We stopped in to the lakeview location for a coffee and donut. There are some good things, but overall, it is unlikely that I will be returning. Pros: location is GREAT, and decor is very fun and whimsical and cute. The prices were also very reasonable for coffee and doughnuts Cons: Service was extremely slow, the team did not seem like they know how to collaborate together at all. It took nearly 15 minutes for a coffee and 3 doughnuts to be packaged, despite it being a slow mid morning on a Saturday in the store. Different staff were asking us if we had been helped yet, what we ordered, etc, despite the fact that we were the only customers in line at the time. The signage was also very confusing, as some items offered are on different signs on opposite ends of the counter and hard to see and read. The doughnuts themselves were just ok. The cinnamon roll was good texture, but definitely needs more glaze on top or maybe a cream cheese frosting. Lastly, no one seemed to know how to work the coffee machine, and I was asked about the ratio of flavor shots to coffee I wanted, which I found extremely strange, as this is not a question a customer needs to be asked. I think the team needs a LOT more training on their customer service skills and how to keep the flow moving to be able to serve as many customers as possible. This location being right under the blue line is a great opportunity to do a ton of business woth commuters and the like. If there My friend and I are passionate about supporting minority-owned businesses, so I hope this location can work out a lot of kinks and I would consider returning
