  The chips are so freaking fresh and crunchy here!!! Katherine checked me out and helped me, and she was so sweet and nice!!! I’ll definitely be coming to this location again

  My neighborhood spot I come in regularly and food and service are always good. I didn’t ask for the lady manager on shift today but she ran the line by herself and her service was phenomenal. The way she multitask is on another level. Always happy to come in for a quick fix.

  Ive lived nearby for over a year. Ive ordered here probably 20 times and literally not one time has by order been right. They are always missing a drink , chips, wrong toppings, etc. Its becoming a running joke inside my family. I love Chipotle but this one's service is awful.

  I said “mild on both,” referring to the salsa on my burrito and taco. While she was slowly scooping the hot salsa, I repeated, “mild salsa on both.” She didn’t listen and put hot salsa on the taco anyway. I said, “I said mild salsa, not hot.” She replied, “You said hot, not mild.” I said, “No, I said mild on both. You weren’t paying attention.” She continued to argue with me. Her mind was clearly somewhere else, but the audacity to argue with a customer and blatantly lie about what was said made me leave the restaurant. Chipotle has the most incompetent and apathetic employees I ever seen in a chain restaurant.
