- DCdarlene castillo6 days ago1.0I’m actually annoyed writing this. I went to Chipotle thinking I’d get a normal, good meal, and the rice was just… hard. Not a little undercooked like straight up crunchy. Every bite threw me off. It honestly ruined the whole bowl. I kept hoping it would get better, but nope, just hard rice the whole time. How do you mess up rice? That’s like the most basic thing.I’m not even trying to be dramatic, but it felt rushed and careless. I paid for food I couldn’t even enjoy. Just really disappointing.

I tried calling about a catering order and spent over 30 minutes trying back to back with no answer. I even resorted to calling the corporate customer service line... they couldn't get in touch with the restaurant either! I will never support this place again.

Ill let you do the math there), and the staff did not make me feel bad, helped, and checked on me. I also can verify that they cleaned up everything up to code and standards of health both for themselves as the employee but also keeping other customers safe. Yes, I recognize some of that is a legal and liability issue, but they still treated me with kindness and care that I appreciated.
