  I wouldn't recommend this place to no one and I mean NO ONE. They barely had food ready. The place was dirty. The counter where the food were dirty. Bags of towel just sitting out. This place seem more like a kicking spot for the employees than a work place. I would never come here again.

  I usually eat at Chipotle almost every day 😋, and I’ve been to at least 20-30 different locations. Honestly, this one has been the absolute worst experience by far 😔. Nothing even comes close to how disappointing it was 😕. Service was slow 🐢, the food wasn’t fresh 🥴, and the overall vibe just felt off 😬. Definitely not what I expect from Chipotle, and I probably won’t be coming back here anytime soon 🚫🌯.

  So this morning I ordered delivery through the Chipotle app and they sent it thru DoorDash from this 63rd & Halstad location. I’ve never eaten from this location, I’ve always been skeptical and now I know why. I frequent Chipotle semi-regularly so I had plenty points so today I decided to use them. I redeem an entree n chips reward. I got half steak/half chicken, etc…I also got queso and Guac on the side..I got my son a double wrapped steak burrito too. Soooo, first thing that piss me off is they gave me like a quarter cup of queso..3-4$ for a table spoon of cheese is crazy!! My son burrito is OVER small; in-store at other locations, they would NEVER!!! Then I open my bowl and I have never seen so much room left in a bowl, I literally put the top back on and check the receipt to see if this was my order cuz it can’t be!! I open it back up n start digging thru the bowl, it was literally like 10 cubes of meat in all!!! I was genuinely hurt cuz this couldn’t be the $30+$5 tip meal w/ an entree & chip reward I remind you, that I just paid for. I literally forced two bites n threw it away bcuz Im such a serious person about my food and that was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!! NEVER AGAIN!! THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!
