- TTToan Takahara6 days ago1.0I order a regular bowl with steak. The team member has a miscommunication and overcharge me for double steak. I barely got one scoop of steak. On my way out the door, I read my receipt and notice I was overcharged. I was able to get my refund back. Not 1 out of the 4 team member there even bother to apologize for their mistake. They were very okay with overcharging and taking my money though.

When I pointed it out, the cashier actually told me, "Well, we don't charge you for what we don't have." Are you kidding me? I’m here to pay for a full meal, not a discounted pile of leftovers because the manager doesn't know how to manage inventory. If you're out of stock, send someone to a nearby location to borrow supplies. Between the incompetent management and the illiterate logic from the staff, this place is a mess. Save your money and go somewhere that actually has food
