  Years ago, I used to be a mystery shopper for Chipotle so I pay attention to things that the average customer may not care about. But then there are some things that any customer with working eyes would notice, like that it's not a good idea to put a cold Izze bottle on top of a bag of chips. And man, does Chipotle keep putting less and less chips in these bags every time. It helps that the staff isn't nearly as cheap with creating a bowl and almost measuring the spoon (one thing I used to have to watch). But the cost keeps going up so high to the point where it still does not feel worth the money. I used to come in Chipotle about once a month. Now I visit about once or twice a year. The Sofritas and the guacamole are delicious in the bowls, but the price always reminds me why it's few and far between. Even the Izze drinks are almost double the price, which is especially annoying at this location since half of the drink options are out of order, the drink area itself is a mess even though there are about six food reps when you only need three. First time and last time coming to this location. Not terrible but not interested in returning. And thank you to the cashier who both put an Izze on my chips, saw the bag rip in half and put it in a bigger bag. Moving the Izze would've made more sense but to each her own.

  Great customer service; so glad to have security in the building. They are handling the large amount of orders that they’re getting in very well. The lead kept us updated on order status the entire time. Be ready to wait and be patient during dinner.

  Poor customer service, i ordered thru the mobile app for a 4pm pick up and did not receive my food until 4:45pm. All they keep saying is orders will be ready in 5-10min after I have been siting here for 30min. Then had to ask the security guard to see if my order is even on the screen and he said no and come to find out my sticker was on the floor. So basically if I hadn’t said something I would still be waiting.

  I get home last night around 8 first meal of the day after fasting for 24hours with my chicken bowl I took a spoon full it was crunchy in like naw can’t be the rice half cooked still hard $18 in the toilet

  This is the worst location ever. They are very SLOW ! I order online and my food is NEVER ready. The lobby area is usually messy. I hate going to the location. Also, I used my reward points for an order and when it didn’t show on the app, the worker said there was nothing she could do. So, I basically wasted my points and didn’t get my chips and queso ! If you have any other options, GO THERE. They also are usually always LOW on something. But if you do just so happen catch them on an okay day. The food is eatable.
